Okay so when I was littler, like 5 or more years ago, I saw this Barbie at a toystore. She had:

A tight turquoise/blue dress, very modern, and blonde straight hair with little tiny buns on the top. She was soo cute, but I never got one or caught the name. Please help! Thanks a bunch.
